Good design ages well
“Listen first.” That’s how CEI Architecture approaches every new project.

The firm was established in 1996 and now has 80 staff at three locations in B.C., providing award-winning integrated architecture, planning and interior design services. Collaboration is at the heart of their process, helping build a strong understanding of every client’s objectives.

Their approach to design blends innovation, aesthetics and functionality to create spaces that function well and feel great to be in.

The firm’s Kelowna office has designed projects for a wide range of clients, including several wineries and homes throughout the Okanagan. Recent work includes the Wine Experience Centre at Black Hills Estate Winery, Terravista Vineyards, Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek Winery, Mica Heliskiing Lodge and Road 13 Winery.

The firm also is known for their sustainable approach to architecture. Their design for the Centre of Excellence at Okanagan College is notable for being one of the most environmentally sustainable buildings in North America. The facility is designed for net-zero energy and water use, and features one the largest arrays of photovoltaic panels in Western Canada. The firm incorporates environmentally sustainable thinking into everything they do, from office practices to architectural design.
