Slow Food Thompson Okanagan is excited to announce its 2nd annual Market of Taste, Wine Garden and Interactive Chef and Winemaker’s Dinner Sunday May 18, 2014 hosted by the Watermark Beach Resort in beautiful Osoyoos, B.C. With over 40 vendors, wineries, chefs and restaurants participating in this all-day foodie extravaganza, this incredible event is not to be missed.

Come early and enjoy a browse through our annual Market of Taste on Main Street in Osoyoos from 1 pm to 3 pm. Stroll this “street market,” tasting and purchasing quality foods and products of our region.

Just inside the Watermark Beach Resort’s doors will be a Wine Garden with tastings from various wineries for guests to enjoy. Wine Garden hours will be from 3 pm – 6 pm.

The evening gala event, Chef and Winemaker’s Dinner, begins at 7 p.m. and includes six interactive ‘mini restaurants’ serving up delectable goodies locally grown, sourced, produced and prepared. Each Chef station will be expertly paired with B.C. beer or wine.
