As the sun sets, we set out from Silver Star Village and ski to the mid-mountain Paradise Camp where a gourmet fondue reception and fireside serenade await you. If you are an active cross-country skier, this incredible uniquely Okanagan adventure is for you.
As the evening progresses, wine educator Gerrit Van Staalduinen will walk guests through a tasting tour of the Valley. Featured wineries include ExNihilo Vineyards, Misconduct Wine Co, Moon Curser Vineyards and Mt. Boucherie Winery. Guest will enjoy the melodic tunes from 70s greats like Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce and Neil Diamond performed by John Paul Byrne while enjoying canapés and servings from the chef-attend live station.
Following the meal and festivities, the group will ski back to the Village. A headlamp is recommended for night skiing.
Attendees are required to have a Silver Star Nordic pass and their own ski equipment.
