The Holistic Market Okanagan is launching the first monthly market on Sunday, April 12 at the Laurel Packinghouse in downtown Kelowna. With guest speakers, free admission and plenty of door prizes, the Holistic Market aims to connect people with holistic services available throughout the Okanagan.
“Exhibitors will be demonstrating everything from non-invasive face lifts to aromatherapy to detox teas to energetic body work to Mayan card readings,” explains Carly Penfold, event organizer. “With over 35 exhibitors booked, there will be opportunities to try products and services either for free or at special market prices.”
The April 12 guest speaker lineup includes:
- Nina Armitage “Tesla Healing Metamorphosis”
- Michael Rowland “Negative Entities and their Impact”
- Brenda Molloy “Vibrational Healing with Tuning Forks and Sound”
- Andre Gagnon, CHt “Hypnosis to Improve your Golf Game”
Karma Catering will be cooking healthy lunch and snacks, including vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian options. The market is open 11-4.
While admission is free, donations will be accepted on behalf of The Kelowna Food Bank for the April 12 market. “Each month we will be accepting donations on behalf of local charities,” says Penfold. “One of the goals of the market is to give back to the community.”
